Lucinda ‘Juice’ Notley, founder of Ginger & Juice, is a self-confessed foodie who loves nothing more than cooking simple, seasonal food for others. She trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland before working in London as a food stylist, supper club host and cookery school teacher.

North Norfolk holds a special place in Lucinda's heart. Her grandparents lived here for more than 30 years and, after the events of 2020, she made the move to North Norfolk and started Ginger & Juice.

The business began with small-batch jams, chutneys and marmalades, sold through the online shop, local markets and independent retailers. Those homemade preserves still have a place in Ginger & Juice today, finding their way into seasonal cakes and catering.

Since 2023, Lucinda has focused increasingly on seasonal cooking for homes, gatherings and special occasions. From generous dishes prepared in her North Norfolk kitchen to relaxed catering cooked and served in your home, the food is simple, thoughtful and made around the season.

Her background in food styling continues to influence the way she cooks - good ingredients, natural presentation and food that looks as good as it tastes.
