Lucinda ‘Juice’ Notley, founder of Ginger & Juice is a self confessed foodie who loves nothing more than cooking simple seasonal dishes for others. She trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School, in Ireland. From there she became a Food Stylist, Supper Club Host and Cookery School Teacher in London.

North Norfolk holds a special place in Lucinda's heart because her grandparents lived there for over 30 years. After the events of 2020, she moved to North Norfolk and started making jams, chutneys, and marmalades. This led to the creation of G&J Preserves. The products are available online, at local Norfolk retailers, holiday lets, and markets through Ginger & Juice.

 

In 2023, G&J’s Home Cook Collection was launched. It's a menu of seasonal dishes featuring the best local ingredients from Norfolk. Every season brings new meals. Our goal is to create delicious, environmentally friendly meals for families, from the ingredients to the packaging. G&J is proud to be an approved supplier or part of guest rewards programmes for Norfolk businesses such as Norfolk Hideaways, Westgate Farm, Norfolk Cottage Agency, Barefoot Retreats, and Blackwood Norfolk.
