ABOUT ME

Lucinda ‘Juice’ Notley, founder of Ginger & Juice is a self confessed foodie who loves nothing more than cooking simple seasonal dishes for others. She trained at Ballymaloe Cookery School, in Ireland. From there she became a Food Stylist, Supper Club Host and Cookery School Teacher in London.

North Norfolk holds a special place in Lucinda's heart because her grandparents lived there for over 30 years. After the events of 2020, she moved to North Norfolk and started making jams, chutneys, and marmalades. Lucinda sold these through her online shop, local markets and retailers. Now she makes them for her seasonal cakes and for catering.

In 2023, Lucinda began delivering home-cooked meals. Check the services page to learn more. Her menus change with the seasons and include tasty dishes she calls ‘elevated classics’—classic recipes with a Ginger & Juice twist. Each meal is made to order using the very best local, seasonal ingredients and is delivered straight to your door.
