ORDERING INFORMATION

Simple, seasonal meal delivery

Choose from the dishes on the Classics Menu to create your own selection for the fridge, freezer or table.

Each main course is made fresh to order and serves 6 generous portions. The minimum order is 3 main courses / 18 portions.

Orders are delivered chilled and unfrozen, ready to enjoy that day or freeze for later. Clear storage and reheating instructions are provided with every order.

Delivery within a 30-minute drive of Walsingham is £7.50 per order.

For larger orders or deliveries outside the usual area, please get in touch to discuss availability and delivery.

    Lucinda will confirm availability and send an e-invoice. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

  • Yes. You can mix and match dishes from the Classics Menu to create your own selection.

    The minimum order is three dishes, with each dish serving six.

  • Absolutely. Larger orders are welcome, subject to availability.

    If you're ordering for a gathering or would like something beyond the Classics Menu, please get in touch to discuss Delivered Catering.

  • No. All Classics dishes are prepared to order and delivered chilled and unfrozen.

    You can enjoy them fresh, reheat them according to the instructions provided, or freeze them for another day.

  • The Classics Menu has been designed with freezing in mind. Specific storage and freezing instructions will be provided with your order.

  • Some dishes are suitable for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or dairy-free diets, as indicated on the menu.

    Ginger & Juice operates from a kitchen that handles all 14 allergens, so trace allergens cannot be guaranteed to be absent.

    If you have a dietary requirement or allergy, please let Lucinda know when enquiring. Full allergen information can be provided before your order is confirmed.

  • Delivery is available within a 30-minute drive of Walsingham, North Norfolk.

    Delivery is £7.50 per order.

    For larger orders or deliveries outside the usual area, please get in touch. Additional delivery charges may apply depending on distance and order size.

  • Orders are subject to availability as everything is prepared by Lucinda in small batches.

    Please get in touch as early as possible, particularly for larger orders or during busy periods.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, Lucinda will send an e-invoice.

    Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

    Payment cannot be taken by phone.

  • Please email Lucinda as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

    A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 4 days before delivery.

    Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery will be charged in full.

    If Ginger & Juice needs to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund or, where possible, the option to move your order to another date.
