How do I make an order?
Choose dishes from one or all of Lucinda’s menus. All meals come in portions of 6. Minimum order is 18 portions. These can be portioned in 2s, 4s and 2s or as 6. Email your order and/or questions using the contact page link on the menu page.
Where do you deliver to?
I deliver in North Norfolk within 30 minutes of Walsingham, NR22 6DY. If you're outside this area, contact me; I might be able to deliver to you in Norwich or other parts of Norfolk and Suffolk. The standard delivery fee is £3.95.
Are your meals freezable?
All dishes on the Classics Menu can be frozen. They are made to order, delivered chilled and unfrozen ready to be enjoyed that day or for you to freeze and enjoy at a later date.
How do I pay?
After you email your order, I will confirm it and send an e-invoice. I use Xero for secure accounting. Your order is confirmed once you pay the e-invoice. I cannot accept phone payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please email me. You will get a full refund if you cancel at least 4 days before your booking. If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged in full. If for any reason, I have to cancel you will be fully refunded or you can opt for a date change.
